The dataset consists of 3d Ce XPS of Ce0.9M0.1O2 where (M=Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu). X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy analysis (XPS) was performed using X-ray photoelectron spectrometer Omnicron NanoTechnology with 128-channel collector. XPS measurements were undertaken in ultra-high vacuum conditions, below 1.1x10-8 mbar. Photoelectrons were excited by an Mg-Kα X-ray source with X-ray anode operated at 15 keV and 300 W
本数据集包含掺杂体系Ce₀.₉M₀.₁O₂(其中M代表Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu)的铈3d X射线光电子能谱(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, XPS)。测试采用Omnicron NanoTechnology公司的X射线光电子能谱仪,配备128通道信号收集器。所有X射线光电子能谱测试均在超高真空环境下完成,真空度低于1.1×10^-8 毫巴。光电子由Mg-Kα X射线源激发,该射线源的X射线阳极工作电压为15 keV,功率为300 W。
