本数据集合汇聚了全市公立医疗机构及部门民营医疗机构的健康医疗数据，包含门诊、住院、体检、电子病历、检查检验、心电、病理、超声等，同时也汇聚了公共卫生的数据，目前数据规模已将近20TB，数据同步实时更新，定期治理。本数据集合可分析不同疾病的临床特征，探索其临床结局发生风险及治疗需求，了解相关疾病的治疗现状、深入了解患病人群和高危特征、优化不同危险分层患者的临床管理和政策制定提供了数据支持。适用于药物研发探索、临床试验开展、药物上市推广等需要。

This dataset aggregates health and medical data from public medical institutions and some private medical institutions across the city, including outpatient services, inpatient care, physical examinations, electronic medical records, laboratory and diagnostic examinations, electrocardiograms (ECG), pathology tests, ultrasound examinations, etc. It also integrates public health data. Currently, the total data volume is nearly 20 TB, with real-time synchronous data updates and regular data governance. This dataset provides data support for analyzing the clinical characteristics of various diseases, exploring the risk of clinical outcomes and treatment needs, understanding the current treatment status of related diseases, gaining in-depth insights into the patient population and high-risk characteristics, and optimizing clinical management and policy-making for patients stratified by different risk levels. It is applicable to demands such as drug R&D exploration, clinical trial conduction, and drug marketing promotion.
