资源简介:
data_habitatSite: locality in Thailand, Laos and Cambodian. longitude: GPS coordinates. latitude: GPS coordinates. Patch density: density of patches of the different land cover types. Border density: density of the contours of all patches. Annual rate of deforestation: the annual rate of deforestation (r) in each locality is obtained using the following formula r=1/(t2-t1) * Ln (A2/A1), where A1 and A2 are the forest cover at time t1 and t2, and values of A1 and A2 were obtained from the land use changes detection. Rodent species richness: number of rodent species trapped in each locality. Number of individual rodents: number of rodent individuals investigated for helminths. Helminth species richness: number of helminth species in rodents investigated in each locality. Zoonotic helminths: number of zoonotic helminth species. Helminths with complex life cycle: number of helminth species with complex life-cycle. Helminths with direct life cycle: number of helminth species with direct life-cycle. Modularity all helminths: extent to which the network is divided to subgroups composed of rodent-helminth species that interact more among themselves than outside the subgroup. Connectance all helminths: sum of potential links between rodent species and helminth species divided by the standardized number of combinations. Modularity clc: extent to which the network is divided to subgroups composed of rodent-helminth with complex life-cycle species that interact more among themselves than outside the subgroup. Connectance clc: sum of potential links between rodent species and helminth species with complex life-cycle divided by the standardized number of combinations
