Paeonia ludlowii Raw sequence reads

The objective of this research was to identify patterns of gene expression and select candidate genes related to seed development in P. ludlowii, transcriptome high throughput sequencing was performed with the normal P. ludlowii populations and the populations with seed abortion problem, aimed to explore the mechanism on the difference of seed development between the normal populations and the populations with seed abortion problem based on comparison transcriptome analysis, to provide a comparative analysis on their difference of seed development. The acquired differential genes and pathways may explain the molecular mechanisms underlying the seed abortion problem.
