To study how miR-124 and VAMP3 may regulate human neuroblastoma, thee human neuroblastoma cell line SK-N-SH were transiently transfected to overexpress miR-124 or VAMP3, and total RNA was isolated 48 hours after transfection and subject to RNA-seq. Total RNA was isolated from control, miR-124, or VAMP3 overexpressing SK-N-SH cells 48h after transfection and RNA-seq analysis was performed.
