hectargrid over Geneva Canton

This hectare grid data represents inhabited hectares of the Canton of Geneva. It comprises statistical indicators (sum, mean, median and standard deviation) for different variables; day noise, night noise, thermal data of temperature variation over the area and normalized difference vegetation index NDVI.

This grid has been generated with use of the following data sources:

1- Landsat image (20180626_BXX_clipped_21781.tif) from landsat 8 satellite, taken on 26.06.2018, band 4 (red), 5 (NIR) and 11 (thermal). Clipped around the canton of Geneva, saved in the Swiss coordinate system (EPSG 21781).
