To investigate the role of Flk1 in pulmonary arterial hypertension, we generated mice lacking Flk1 specifically in vascular endothelial cells. We exposed these mice to hypoxia and collected Flk1-KO endothelial cells by FACS for RNA-seq. Overall design: The mRNA profiles of Flk1-KO endothelial cells in Normoxia or Hypoxia were generated by FACS-sorting and RNA-sequencing using MoFlo XDP (Beckman coulter) and NextSeq500 (Illumina).
