IgHmu CDR3 sequences from M-LAs and non M-LAs samples microdissected from rainbow trout spleen.

Rainbow trout IgHmu CDR3 sequences were produced from different Melanomacrophage associated Lymphoid Aggregates (M-LAs), or control areas (non M-LAs) microdissected from the spleen of Rainbow trout immunized with Ichthyophthirius multifiliis or with DNP-KLH, or non-immunized. These data provides insights about B cell clonal composition of these areas.
