Pathogen surveillance of clinical nasal swabs with metagenomics

Human nasal swab samples (>300 samples) from individuals displaying respiratory infection symptoms of unknown cause. This dataset includes de-identified paired-end sequencing reads generated with Illumina NextSeq 2000 using untargeted metagenomics (dataset labeled: CDPH), and samples that have also been enriched for viruses using the Twist Biosciences Comprehensive Viral Research Panel (dataset labeled: TWIST)
