Annotation of an assembly of the aphid (<i>Sitobion avenae</i>) endosymbiont <i>Buchnera aphidicola</i>. Assembly was generated from PacBio HiFi data using Flye<sup>1</sup> assembler (v2.8) and annotated using prokka<sup>2</sup>.
