Raw fluorescence image of malignant synapses

This item contains raw fluorescence microscopy images and associated quantitative tables generated for the study of C1QL1-mediated interactions between tumor cells and neurons. The dataset includes immunofluorescence images illustrating synapse-like structures formed at tumor–neuron interfaces, together with corresponding statistical measurements related to synaptic features, including signal intensity, density, and spatial distribution. All images are provided in their original, unprocessed formats, and the accompanying tables contain the numerical data used for downstream statistical analysis and figure generation. These data support the investigation of tumor–neuron malignant synaptic interactions and are intended to facilitate data transparency, reproducibility, and reuse by the cancer neuroscience community.
