To understand these pro-inflammatory effects of hybrid aÃ-?d T cells in detail, we carried out a transcriptomic analysis of hybrid aÃ-?d T cells and conventional ?d T cells isolated from the LNs of WT mice at rest and during EAE. Overall design: 20 samples analysed, 5 mice per group no pooling of samples. Control samples were Vy4 T cells from 5 naïve mice and hybrid Vy4 T cells from 5 naïve mice. Experimental samples were Vy4 T cells from 5 mice with EAE and hybrid Vy4 T cells from 5 mice with EAE
