The Relationship Between Disease Activity and Psychosocial Support in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: A retrospective longitudinal observational study

A total of 150 SLE patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in this retrospective longitudinal observational study. The patients' emotional support, tangible support, social interaction support and informational support were evaluated by the revised social support assessment scale. Disease activity was quantified by the European common lupus activity measure. Spearman rank correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression model were used to analyze the relationship between psychosocial support and disease activity, and bootstrap resampling method was used to analyze the sensitivity of regression coefficient.
