Data and Code for: Climate-Conditioned Near-Optimal Envelope Design Sets: An EnergyPlus Factorial Study

This repository contains the complete reproducibility package, dataset, and configuration files for the study "Climate-Conditioned Near-Optimal Envelope Design Sets: An EnergyPlus Factorial Study". Contents include: EnergyPlus Outputs: 2304 compact simulation result rows evaluating overhang depth-to-window-height ratio (D/H), solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC), and effective thermal capacity across six climates. Reduced-Order Model (RC) Results: 768 matched reduced-model result rows used for candidate-recall analysis and near-optimal set screening. WWR Experiment: Configuration files and performance data for the controlled window-to-wall ratio (WWR) sensitivity testing (23.3%, 35.0%, and 46.7%). Analysis & Visualization: Source code and scripts used for effect decomposition, ranking analysis, and generating all publication figures/tables. Quality Control & Provenance: Quality-control manifests, representative EnergyPlus IDF files, and SHA-256 hashes for all used weather files. Note: Licensed weather files are not redistributed. Specifically, the Helsinki IWEC weather file is excluded due to licensing restrictions and must be obtained from its original licensed source.
