Chloridoideae Comparative Genomics Dataset

This dataset integrates most of the sequenced genomes from Chloridoideae and representative species from other Poaceae subfamilies, covering 38 species across 7 subfamilies (including 13 Chloridoideae species). A unified gene prediction pipeline was applied to reannotate genomes with missing or low-quality official annotations. CHCGD v1.0 includes orthologous gene clustering and synteny analysis results for all 38 species and has been deposited in the Zedono public platform.
