File List WinBUGScode.txt Description The WinBUGScode.txt file contains the WinBugs code for the selected model of nesting site occupancy process. Matrices of occupancy Zi,t and breeding result Si,t with i rows (i.e. the total number of sites) and t columns (i.e. the total number of years) should be entered as input. As well, a square matrix wij corresponding to the weight matrix representing the connexion network between nesting sites should be provided as input.
