Genomic analysis of Poly(lactic acid) degrading Pseudomonas aeruginosa (strain S3) and Sphingobacterium sp. (strain S2)

We have characterized Poly(lactic acid) degrading isolates identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa S3 (KY432688) and Sphingobacterium sp. S2 (KY432687). We report herein on the genome composition of each strain after assembly of short reads and annotation through PATRIC (Pathosystems Resource Integration Center).
