PAT

The open-access database PAT offers an integrated and comprehensive online resource for curating information about prokaryotic antimicrobial toxins. By manually mining the current literature and curated datasets, we collected detailed annotations for prokaryotic antimicrobial toxins and immunity proteins. Meanwhile, information on the expanded antimicrobial toxins predicted in the genome is provided, and the taxonomic source and environmental distribution characteristics of typical antimicrobial toxins are exhibited.
