Conditional transferability of plant bacterial SynCom predictions: derived data, analysis specifications, figures and provenance archive

Version 1.2.0 archive supporting a targeted, role-based multi-dataset re-analysis of plant bacterial synthetic microbial community (SynCom) transferability. The deposit contains source locators, figure-supporting derived tables, final figures, the exact final figure-generation source, endpoint-specific analysis specifications, Supplementary Methods and Tables, provenance mapping, and SHA-256 checksums. It does not redistribute source-study raw data. Module status is explicit: Finkel and Amrhein manuscript-mapped claims were reproduced from public source data; Emmenegger leave-experiment-out was reproduced while original random-state schedules for random/grouped splits were not fully recovered; Selten is a source-verified reconstruction and target-construction sensitivity audit; Herrera Paredes is a source-verified fixed-commit provenance audit. The five systems form complementary evidence roles and are not pooled as a meta-analysis.
