This series consists of Industrial Inquiry Files created by the Geelong Regional Commission between 1978 and 1987. The contents date from 1972.The Industrial Inquiry Files were created by the Economic Development Division of the Commission for every industrial and commercial inquiry that was received and required action by the Commission. The files document regional development activities of the Commission covering industrial enquiries. Other regional development activities included public sector projects, marketing of the Commission's Industrial EstatesThe Industrial Inquiry Files contain all information relating to the body making the query and all the subsequent steps taken by the Geelong Regional Commission.
