资源简介:
Activin-A has been identified as the driver for heterotopic ossification in FOP. It's effect on osteoclast formation is not extensively studied in control or FOP samples. Overall design: Osteoclasts were generated from CD14+ cells, in the absence or presence of Activin-A, from healthy controls and FOP patients. RNA was isolated after 14 days and RNAsequencing was performed.
