The RNA-seq of grass carp in hypoxia tolerance Raw sequence reads

This project aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying hypoxia tolerance in grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). By generating and analyzing transcriptomic data from individuals exposed to hypoxic conditions, the study seeks to identify key genes, pathways, and regulatory networks involved in the physiological response to low oxygen stress. The results will provide valuable genomic resources for understanding hypoxia adaptation in freshwater fish and contribute to the improvement of breeding strategies for enhanced stress resistance in aquaculture.
