Monitoring of atmospheric ice nucleating particle (INP) number concentrations at the Zeppelin Observatory, Svalbard (MOSAiC)

This repository includes the dataset for atmospheric ice nucleating particles (INPs) measured at the Zeppelin Observatory in Svalbard during the Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) project in 2019/2020. The number concentrations of atmospheric INPs active in the immersion mode (i.e., under conditions relevant for mixed-phase cloud formation) are quantified by analyzing the ice nucleating ability of ambient aerosol samples collected at this site using the Cryogenic Refrigerator Applied to Freezing Test (CRAFT) system. The weekly INP data are typically composed of the data obtained from Sunday (00:00 UTC) to Saturday (23:59 UTC) continuously and sequentiallly.
