Large-Scale Functional Brain Network Organization Is Largely Preserved in Neuropathic Pain Despite Selective Circuit-Level Adaptations - 2d dataset

This repository is the second of two Zenodo repositories associated with the dataset for our article entitled "Large-Scale Functional Brain Network Organization Is Largely Preserved in Neuropathic Pain Despite Selective Circuit-Level Adaptations", accepted for publication in Communications Biology in August 2026. It contains the complete functional ultrasound (fUS) imaging dataset, including the full time-series data acquired under both awake and anesthetized conditions. These data enable researchers to reproduce the analyses or perform their own dynamic functional connectivity (dFC) analyses. A Microsoft Excel file is also provided, listing all scan files together with the corresponding time intervals identified as clean or noisy for each recording.
