资源简介:
We conducted a pilot study to evaluate the extent of cold water refuge use by juvenile outmigrating fall-run Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha) in relation to managed water flows in the Klamath River. Juvenile fall-run Chinook salmon were captured and implanted with passive integrated transponder (PIT) tags and subsequently detected by submersible antennas that were strategically deployed in the mainstem Klamath River within the cold water refuge plumes near Beaver Creek and Swillup Creek. This dataset includes two tables: Tagging Data - Date and time of tagging, tag identification number, common name of tagged species, length and weight of tagged fish, tagging site, and tag specifications. Detection Data - Date and time of detection, tag identification number, common name of species detected, unique identifier of the antenna and location of each detection.
