Cucumber (Cucumis sativus) transcriptome sequencing for investigating defense response to CGMMV infection

Four cucumber transcriptomes were sequenced including two pairs of healthy control - infected with pathogenic strains of Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV). First pair was obtained 3 days post infection, the second - 20 days post infection. All samples were obtained in two technical replicates. The goal of this study is revealing transcripts having differential expression in response to CGMMV infection.
