This was a project to test the replicability of the Convective Mixing Pipe Reactors (CMPRs). 54 CMPRs and 9 stagnant pipes in a thermally controlled room were included in the study. Bulk water and biofilm samples were taken. Samples were sequenced on an Illumina Miseq using 300 bp - paired end reads sequencing the V4-V5 (515F/926R) region.
