To identify the biological pathways regulated by PARP3, RNAseq of the WT and PARP3-/- LN229 human glioblastoma cells were performed. Samples were collected from subconfluent cells for total RNA isolation and RNA sequencing Overall design: Three biological replicates of PARP3WT_LN229 and PARP3KO_LN229 cells were collected. PARP3KO_LN229 were engineered using the Crispr/Cas9 technology (disruption exon2-exon9).
