A Study on Health Assessment and Underlying Mechanisms of Exopolysaccharides Produced by Lactobacillus reuteri

This study focuses on the effects of exopolysaccharides from Lactobacillus reuteri on intestinal microbiota, aiming to systematically evaluate its health benefits and explore the underlying mechanisms. By analyzing the changes in intestinal microbial composition and function, we attempt to reveal how Lactobacillus reuteri exopolysaccharides exert health-promoting effects and provide a theoretical basis for its potential application in functional foods and intestinal health regulation.
