dataset of Tissue intrinsic fluorescence spectrum algorithm recovery and its application in diabetes screening

Tissue phantoms with different optical parameters were made to study the influence of absorption and scattering on tissue fluorescence and diffuse reflection spectrum. An empirical recovery algorithm was optimized to correct the influence of absorption and scattering and obtained the intrinsic fluorescence spectrum of tissues. In the measurement of human original fluorescence, the application of spectral restoration algorithm can effectively improve the clinical application value of fluorescence spectrum.
