This dataset captures the performance of the GenAI+CBLP experimental group and the CBLP-only control group in learning English periphrastic causative constructions through three comprehension tests and two production tasks. It also includes language proficiency test scores to examine how proficiency levels influence the efficacy of GenAI-integrated CBLP. Additionally, perception questionnaire data are provided to explore participants’ attitudes toward the teaching interventions.
