This covers RNAseq sequencing from three subprojects within the cichlid sequencing project. First we have 120 samples from two closely related Copadichromis species being studied for rapid adaptation between two locations (2 locations x 5 tissues x 6 replicates x 2 species). Next we will have 4 tissues from 144 samples of Astatotilapia calliptera from Lake Massoko for eQTL analysis. These are from a subset of the samples used for trait association QTL studies. Finally also from Lake Massoko A. calliptera we have 3 x 20 samples from the lower pharyngeal jaw, which is highly variable and believed also to be under selection between ecotypes. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
