Migrant Goose Zones
收藏资源简介:
Due to the presence of 3 distinct Canada goose populations in Connecticut, the Atlantic Population (AP), North Atlantic Population (NAP), and Atlantic Flyway Resident Population (AFRP), the state has been divided into 3 goose hunting zones, each with different regulations, based on the status of the population and the overall management goal for each population. Refer to the current Connecticut Migratory Bird Hunting Guide and the Hunting page on the DEEP website for the most up to date information on all public hunting areas, waterfowl closure areas, regulations, licenses, stamps, timing and bag limits. The boundaries represented in this data are approximate. For a list of migrant goose zones explained by town and by street, visit https://portal.ct.gov/deep/hunting/public-hunting-areas#GooseZones . Waterfowl regulations may include additional designations, such as the North Zone: The portion of the state north of Interstate 95; South Zone: The portion of the state south of Interstate 95.
