SIFyield数据集,基于GOSIF数据产品(https://global-ecosystem.s3.dualstack.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/GOSIF/GOSIF_005deg_8day.nc)计算,所用数据为8天合成的日光诱导叶绿素荧光(SIF)数据,空间分辨率为180弧秒。将每个像元的SIF值除以光合有效辐射和植被吸收光合有效辐射比,计算得到与输入数据分辨率(180弧秒,约5公里)相同分辨率的SIFyield快速变化指数图。SIFyield数据是植被的荧光释放产额,能够表示植被的光合效率,是分析植被光合作用动态变化特征的关键指标。

The SIFyield Dataset is constructed using the GOSIF data product (https://global-ecosystem.s3.dualstack.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/GOSIF/GOSIF_005deg_8day.nc). The input data consist of 8-day composite sun-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) data with a spatial resolution of 180 arcseconds. By dividing the SIF value of each pixel by the product of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) and the fraction of PAR absorbed by vegetation (fPAR), SIFyield rapid change index maps with the same resolution as the input data (180 arcseconds, approximately 5 kilometers) are generated. SIFyield data represents the fluorescence yield of vegetation, which can reflect the photosynthetic efficiency of vegetation and serves as a key indicator for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of vegetation photosynthesis.
