The network will design, test, capitalize, launch, and help to scale up social innovations that improve outcomes for transnational immigrants in the U.S. and other nations. This memo briefly describes our framework for transnationalism, the role and function of an innovation production network, and start-up planning for the innovation network for Transnational Immigrant Communities.
