Thymic B lineage cell landscape in Myasthenia gravis

Here, we provide a comprehensive and unbiased atlas of hematopoietic cell colonization in thymi derived from 12 immunotherapy-naïve patients with early-onset AChR-Ab+ MG (EOMG) using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA‑seq). We performed scRNA‑seq in thymic cell suspensions derived from 10 immunotherapy-naïve female patients and two immunotherapy-naïve male patients with AChR-Ab+ EOMG following enrichment for CD45+ hematopoietic cells.
