This is an extension of the BC Cancer Agency's Personalized Onco-Genomics (POG) project to children and adolescents treated at BC Children's Hospital. The project provides access to whole genome and transcriptome sequencing, and integrated bioinformatics analyses, of relapsed, refractory or poor prognosis cancers with an aim to identify actionable variants that can inform clinical decision making.EGA study EGAS00001006967
