资源简介:
While exercise is widely recognized to enhance bone mass, the underlying molecular and cellular mechanisms remain incompletely elucidated. The present study was designed to investigate the effect of moderate-intensity exercise on skeletal quality, morphological characteristics, and metabolic homeostasis in adult Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Herein, we aim to investigate the expression profile of mRNAs in rats with exercise and identify promising targets for osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment. RNA sequence were performed in the bones from 3 exercised rats and 3 healthy controls. Overall design: RNA sequence were performed in the bones from 3 exercised rats and 3 healthy controls. Significantly differentially expressed mRNAs were selectively verified in 6 exercised rats and 6 healthy controls by real-time PCR.
