Microbiota of seven wild fish species in three body parts (V3-V4 region, Illumina MiSeq).

We analyzed the seven fish species' microbiome of three body parts. We collected the skin mucus, gill mucus, and intestinal contents of Okamejei kenojeii (Ok), Acanthopagrus schlegelii (As), Pagrus major (Pm), Parajulis poecilopterus (Pp), Pseudolabrus sieoboldi (Ps), Sebastes inermis (Si), and Sebastiscus mamoratus (Sm). The V3-V4 region of 16S-rRNA was amplified and then high throughput sequencing was performed using MiSeq (Illumina Inc.).
