Gene expression profile of pediatric AML. Homo sapiens

Gene expression data were obtained from 130 pediatric AML patients who were enrolled on the AML99 study conducted by the Japanese Childhood AML Cooperative Study Group. Overall design: RNA samples obtained at the time of diagnosis were analyzed using GeneChip Human Genome U133 plus 2.0 array (Affymetrix).
