输入参数：自定义开始时间(格式为：YYYYMM/代表查询年月/如：今天是2019年1月19日/近两年的数据为2016年12月-2018年11月/此项输入：201612/如不输入则默认为最近6个月/备注：2019年1月20日更新后/近两年的数据为2017年1月-2018年12月)/自定义结束时间(格式为：YYYYMM/代表查询年月/如：今天是2019年1月19日/近两年的数据为2016年12月-2018年11月/此项输入：201612/如不输入则默认为最近6个月/备注：2019年1月20日更新后/近两年的数据为2017年1月-2018年12月)/车牌号（需MD5加密入参(32位小写)/车牌颜色(黄、绿、蓝/默认为黄色)输出参数：使用行为详情/查询状态(0:查得; -1:未查得)/载货率在100%-110%（包含100%）的通行次数/载货率在110%-120%（包含110%）的通行次数/载货率在120%-130%（包含120%）的通行次数/载货率在130%-140%（包含130%）的通行次数/载货率在140%-150%（包含140%）的通行次数/载货率在150%（包含150%）的通行次数/载货率在80%-100%(包含80%）的通行次数/载货率小于80%的通行次数

Input Parameters:
1. Custom start time: Format is YYYYMM, representing the queried year and month. For example, if today is January 19, 2019, the two-year valid data range was December 2016 to November 2018. Enter this field with a value such as 201612. If no input is provided, the default value is the latest 6 months. Note: After the update on January 20, 2019, the two-year valid data range was adjusted to January 2017 to December 2018.
2. Custom end time: The format is consistent with the custom start time (YYYYMM, queried year and month). The example and default rule are identical to those of the custom start time field. Note: After the update on January 20, 2019, the two-year valid data range is January 2017 to December 2018.
3. License plate number: The input parameter requires MD5 encryption with a 32-bit lowercase format.
4. License plate color: Available options include yellow, green, and blue; the default color is yellow.

Output Parameters:
- Vehicle usage behavior details
- Query status (0: data found; -1: no matching data found)
- Number of passages with load rate ranging from 100% to 110% (inclusive)
- Number of passages with load rate ranging from 110% to 120% (inclusive)
- Number of passages with load rate ranging from 120% to 130% (inclusive)
- Number of passages with load rate ranging from 130% to 140% (inclusive)
- Number of passages with load rate ranging from 140% to 150% (inclusive)
- Number of passages with load rate ≥ 150% (inclusive)
- Number of passages with load rate ranging from 80% to 100% (inclusive)
- Number of passages with load rate < 80%
