The transcriptome of reproductive systems and residual bodies from Tomicus minor

In this study, we collected female and male reproductive systems and residual bodies from Tomicus minor. Total RNAs from these tissues were extracted using TRIzol reagent (TaKaRa, Dalian, Liaoning, China). After the quality control, the construction of RNA-Seq libraries for various tissues was performed with the NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB Inc., USA). The prepared cDNA libraries were sequenced using a 150-bp paired-end sequencing strategy on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
