Mice were kept in sterile facilities at Washington State and Loyola University. Wild-type and CreERT2 C57BL/6 mice were bought and STN1F/F mice were created using CRISPR/Cas9 and verified via PCR genotyping. At 8 weeks, Tamoxifen was induced and mice were treated with AOM. Colon tissues and tumors were collected at 34 weeks and embedded in paraffin, and genomic DNA was extracted and sent for WES sequencing. Results are from 3 WT and 3 STN1F/F mice, with normal and tumor tissue adjacent.
