Abu nsair

The dataset consists of 2403 residential apartment records collected from the Amman real estate market. It includes five independent variables describing structural characteristics—number of rooms, number of bathrooms, area, floor level, and building age—and one dependent variable representing the apartment price. The dataset contains both numerical and categorical features and does not include missing values, making it suitable for statistical analysis and predictive modeling after appropriate preprocessing.
