dd-RAD seq from a Teak leaf of provenance trial test forest

Nuclear DNA sequence information obtained by dd-RAD seq was used to elucidate the genetic structure and the relationship between environmental factors and the genotype of natural teak forests.Nuclear DNA was extracted from leaf samples collected from teak (Tectona grandis) international provenance trial test forests in Indonesia. The origin of populations of leaf samples were natural forests in India, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, and landraces in Indonesia.
