Human gut metagenome in male healthy controls and patients with calcium oxalate stone

Urolithiasis is a very common disease in urology. Calcium oxalate stone is one of the most common stones. A novel insight into the metabolic abnormalities of calcium oxalate stone obtained by studying patients gut metagenome should help to discover the reason for calcium oxalate stone and to suggest novel strategies of therapy. The aim of our study was to establish gut metagenome patterns in male healthy controls and patients with calcium oxalate stone.
