Transcription profiling by array of mice with liver-specific expression of hypoxia inducible factor, or inactivated von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor

The effects of constitutively active Hypoxia Inducible Factor (HIF) and inactivated von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor gene product (pVHL) were examined in a mouse model. Conditionally expressed, constitutively active HIF-1a and HIF-2a were compared with inactivated pVHL.本研究在小鼠模型中检测了组成型激活的缺氧诱导因子（Hypoxia Inducible Factor, HIF）以及失活的希佩尔-林道肿瘤抑癌基因产物（pVHL）的生物学效应。本研究对条件性表达的组成型激活HIF-1α与HIF-2α，以及失活的pVHL进行了对比分析。
