Processing bodies are tightly connected with the RNA silencing machinery. Deletion of processing body components leads to succeptibility of Cauliflower Mosaic Virus to translational repression. Here, we investigated if this succeptibility is mediated through differential sRNA targeting of the viral genome. 16 sRNA libraries from total RNA of Arabidopsis rosettes in duplicates of CaMV infected Col-0, lsm1, dcp5 and rdr6 plants with their respective double mutants. Controls include non-infected Col-0 and rdr6 plants.
