Datasets for neighbor-dependent gene expression analysis with CellNeighborEX

The following datasets were used for CellNeighborEX:
SSembryo_log_data.txt is the pre-processed expression data file in the mouse embryo Slide-seq data (Puck_190926_03). SSembryo_cell_id.txt contains information on the bead barcodes in the embryo data.
