Data underlying the article: Exploring the effect of foreshores on dike breach development via a mid-scale experiment

This dataset contains data collected during the field experiment at Flood Proof Holland (May-July 2022) as part of the PhD research by M. van den Berg. During the experiment, several model dikes with and without a foreshore were breached. During the breach process, video cameras captured the development, presssure sensors measured water levels and 3D scans were made before and after a test to obtain breach shape and eroded volumes. This dataset contains the post-processed data and raw camera footage.<br>This dataset mainly serves to complement the publication. Nonetheless, the data is suitable for own analysis and interpretation if interested. The data contained in this dataset is post-processed, ready for own analysis. 本数据集包含2022年5月至7月在荷兰防洪计划（Flood Proof Holland）开展的野外现场试验所采集的数据，该试验为M. van den Berg博士研究的组成部分。试验期间，研究人员对多座带有前滨（foreshore）和不带前滨的模型堤防开展了溃决试验；溃决过程中，摄像机记录了溃决发展全过程，压力传感器监测水位变化，且在每次试验前后均开展三维扫描，以获取溃口形态与冲刷体积数据。本数据集包含后处理数据与原始摄像机录像素材。
